City of Columbus

Labor Relations  negotiates and administers all six (6) of the collective bargaining contracts for the city.  They work closely with the departments and divisions to administer the contracts and ensure compliance.  In addition, Labor Relations conducts disciplinary, fitness for duty and grievance hearings.
