Clintonville Area

The City is under orders from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency to eliminate sanitary sewer overflows. Blueprint Columbus is a new initiative to meet the requirements of those orders, which includes eliminating the overflow into Adena Brook in Whetstone Park. Homes in the Clintonville project area are connected to a city sanitary sewer that contributes to those overflows. Parking Studies

For the safety of residents, the Department of Public Service has determined that there are two situations that require no parking signs near rain gardens:

1. If a bump-out makes parking across the street too dangerous
2. If the rain garden is too close to the road to allow safe exit from a car
