Four Pillars There are four pillars that make up the program and will be implemented in all Blueprint neighborhoods: lateral lining, roof water redirection, a voluntary sump pump program, and green infrastructure. These Four Pillars keep rain water out of the sanitary sewer system and protects the quality of water in our rivers and streams.

Green Infrastructure Design Guidelines and Supplemental Specifications These were developed to assist with the design, construction and establishment of GI facilities in the public Right-of-Way (ROW). Elements of the Green Infrastructure Design Guidelines and Green Infrastructure Supplemental Specifications may be used on private development sites where appropriate.
