Details: On Thursday, October 31, 2019 at approximately 1:31 a.m., Columbus Police Officers were called to the area of 1317 E. 23rd Avenue, on the report of a shooting in front of this location. Upon arrival, Officers found an injured male, seated in a vehicle, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. CFD Medics responded to the scene and EMS 13 pronounced the victim, later identified as Robert Anthony Fleming deceased at 1:45 a.m.

At 1:17 p.m., medics assigned to CFD Medic 13 pronounced the female deceased. The female was transported to the Franklin County Morgue and on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 the Franklin County Coroner ruled the death to be the result of a homicide.

Upon arrival, Officers found an injured female, lying on the floor of the residence, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. CFD Medic 23 responded to the scene and transported the victim, later identified as Brandi Lynn Crump, to Grant Medical Center where she was pronounced deceased at 3:14 a.m.
