Car Seat Front.PNG This program helps provide car seats and booster seats at a reduced cost to families in need. To get a seat, families must be referred by their WIC clinic or by a Columbus Public Health Home Visiting program.  Families must participate in a class that runs 60-90 minutes and teaches the safety features of the car seat, including how to install it in a vehicle the right way so that it can protect the child best. All seats are new.

The reduced cost seats are available to eligible families, based on income.

Nurses, outreach workers and social workers offer support and education to help you have a healthy pregnancy. They provide education on infant growth, development, safety, nutrition, immunizations, safe sleep and breastfeeding support and resources.

  • Are you at risk for health problems, like diabetes?

Dads Matter: CelebrateOne Supports Fathers in Raising Healthy Families

Fatherhood is a unique and rewarding journey. But dads, just like moms, need support in navigating the challenges of parenthood. CelebrateOne understands the critical role fathers play in a child's well-being and we offer resources and programs designed to empower dads in our community.

Fathers: The Unsung Heroes of Healthy Families

Studies show that involved fathers have a significant positive impact on their children's emotional, social, and cognitive development. From fostering a sense of security to encouraging exploration and learning, dads are essential contributors to a healthy family dynamic.

However, dads can often feel overlooked or isolated in the world of parenting resources. CelebrateOne recognizes this gap and provides support specifically tailored to fathers, addressing the unique needs and challenges they face.

By supporting fathers, CelebrateOne strengthens the entire family unit. Here's how:

  • Improved Communication: Strong fatherhood programs foster better communication between dads and their partners, leading to a more collaborative and supportive parenting environment.
  • Enhanced Child Development: A father's positive and consistent presence contributes significantly to a child's social, emotional and cognitive development.
  • Stronger Family Bonds: CelebrateOne's resources help fathers build stronger bonds with their children, creating a foundation for a loving and nurturing relationship.

Dads, You're Not Alone:

At CelebrateOne, we believe fathers are essential partners in raising healthy and thriving children. Together, let's build a community where every father feels supported and empowered to be the best dad they can be!
