The following are announcements and notices for the Department of Development generally related to public hearings to enact certain economic development incentives and statutes, communicating an upcoming public meeting such as those held by the board of trustees of a new community authority, or sharing other business of the Department of Development

 


Public Notice of September 16, 2024

Notice is hereby given that an organizational and fiscal meeting* of the Board of Trustees of The Central College Community Development Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on September 16, 2024, commencing at 2:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time at Upper Albany West Community Center, 6100 Delcastle Drive, Westerville, Ohio 43081. The purposes of the meeting are to: 1. Elect Board officers and committee members. 2. Consider a resolution budgeting and appropriating an amount from the Community Development Charge to pay administrative expenses of the Authority and amounts due under the Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement for fiscal year 2025. 3. Consider a resolution levying the Community Development Charge for fiscal year 2025 for the Authority. 4. Consider a resolution appointing the Authority’s accountant through August 2025. 5. Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board. This meeting is open to the Public. Dated: August 26, 2024

Public Notice of August 13, 2024

Notice is hereby given that an organizational and fiscal meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Harrison Market Community Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, commencing at 2:00 p.m. at 555 West 5th Avenue, Columbus, Ohio. The purposes of the meeting are to: 1. Select officers of the Board of Trustees. 2. Consider a resolution budgeting and appropriating an amount from the Community Development Charge to pay administrative expenses, maintenance expenses and debt service charges of the Authority. 3. Consider a resolution establishing a parking policy for parking on property owned by the Authority. 4. Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board of Trustees.
