Public Notice of December 11, 2024

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Hamilton Crossing Community Authority will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, commencing at 3:00 p.m. The purposes of the meeting are to: (1) elect officers of the Board; (2) approve the annual budget and community development charges; and (3) consider any other business as may properly come before the Board of Trustees. This meeting will be held in the Development Director's Conference Room, 111 North Front Street, Room 823, Columbus, Ohio and is open to the public.

Public Notice of December 11, 2024

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the RiverSouth Authority will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, commencing at 11:00 a.m. at the Downtown Columbus, Inc. office located at 150 S. Front St., Suite 210, Columbus, OH 43215.  The purposes of the meeting are to elect officers, consider the 2024 and 2025 operating budgets, consider expenditure of Authority funds and acquisition of interests in real property, and to consider any other business as may properly come before the Board of Trustees.

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the RiverSouth Authority will be held on Monday, November 25, 2024, commencing at 1:30 p.m. at the Downtown Columbus, Inc. office located at 150 S. Front St., Suite 210, Columbus, OH 43215. The purposes of the meeting are to elect officers, consider the 2024 and 2025 operating budgets, consider expenditure of Authority funds and acquisition of interests in real property, and to consider any other business as may properly come before the Board of Trustees.

Public Notice of November 22, 2024

The City of Columbus, Ohio will hold a public hearing pursuant to Resolution No. 0289X-2024 at 9:30 a.m. on November 22, 2024 at the offices of the City of Columbus: 111 N. Front Street, Columbus, OH 43215. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the second expansion of The RiverSouth New Community District for several parcels controlled by Downtown Columbus, Inc. in Downtown between Broad Street, 3rd Street, Main Street, and Civic Center Drive as well as other parcels on the Scioto Peninsula. The second amendment to petition was filed with the Clerk of City Council on October 23, 2024, and is available with the Clerk for inspection by interested persons during regular business hours. Public Notice of September 30, 2024

Notice is hereby given that a fiscal and organizational meeting of the Board of Trustees of the One Neighborhood New Community Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Monday, September 30, 2024, commencing at 5:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Saving Time in meeting Room 2B at the Main Branch of the Columbus Metropolitan Library (96 S. Grant Ave., Columbus, OH 43215), Columbus, Ohio. This meeting is open to the public. The purposes of the meeting are to: 1. Elect Board officers. 2. Consider a resolution budgeting and appropriating the revenues from the Authority’s Community Development Charge. 3. Consider a resolution levying the Community Development Charge for fiscal year 2025. 4. Consider a resolution amending the public records policy. 5. Notice is hereby given that an organizational and fiscal meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Jeffrey Place New Community Authority will be held on Monday, September 23, 2024, commencing at 3:00 p.m. at 842 North Fourth Street, Suite 200, Columbus, Ohio 43212. The purposes of the meeting are to: 1. Elect officers. 2. Consider resolutions budgeting and appropriating available funds of the Authority. 3. Consider resolutions levying the community development charge for Jeffrey Park, Grant Park and Weinland Park Homes. 4. Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board. Public Notice of September 16, 2024

Notice is hereby given that an organizational and fiscal meeting* of the Board of Trustees of The Central College Community Development Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on September 16, 2024, commencing at 2:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time at Upper Albany West Community Center, 6100 Delcastle Drive, Westerville, Ohio 43081. The purposes of the meeting are to: 1. Elect Board officers and committee members. 2. Consider a resolution budgeting and appropriating an amount from the Community Development Charge to pay administrative expenses of the Authority and amounts due under the Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement for fiscal year 2025. 3. Consider a resolution levying the Community Development Charge for fiscal year 2025 for the Authority. 4. Consider a resolution appointing the Authority’s accountant through August 2025. 5. Notice is hereby given that an organizational and fiscal meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Harrison Market Community Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, commencing at 2:00 p.m. at 555 West 5th Avenue, Columbus, Ohio. The purposes of the meeting are to: 1. Select officers of the Board of Trustees. 2. Consider a resolution budgeting and appropriating an amount from the Community Development Charge to pay administrative expenses, maintenance expenses and debt service charges of the Authority. 3. Consider a resolution establishing a parking policy for parking on property owned by the Authority. 4. Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board of Trustees.
