Public Safety Week

Columbus City Councilmember Emmanuel V. Remy is proud to announce the return of Public Safety Week! This year's events, held September 8-14 in the Linden Neighborhood, will focus on the theme 'We Got Us,' bringing community connection and fun to you.

In 2023, we launched the 'We Got Us' Pledge, a vital step in our journey to combat violence by engaging the entire community. This initiative unites residents, service providers, and community organizations in a shared mission to make our neighborhoods safer and stronger.

Join us to learn about the role of Public Safety in the community and how you can help make Columbus a safer place. Learn essential safety procedures, equip yourself with safety resources, and meet the Columbus Divisions of Fire and Police through a week-long series of events.

We're asking you to join the pledge for Safety Week 2024. Sign the pledge at https://www.wegotuscbus.com/pledge.
