Blueprint Livingston-James 5

Large capital improvement projects (CIPs) currently underway in support of Blueprint in the Livingston and James Road area. It is located within the “Mid East” planning area and is generally bounded by Main Street on the north, Striebel Road on the west, Interstate 70 on the south, and Big Walnut Park on the east.

The project is within the “Mid East” planning area(PDF, 1MB) and is generally bounded by Main Street on the north, Striebel Road on the west, Interstate 70 on the south, and Big Walnut Park on the east. Construction is expected to begin in winter 2024, with advance notice provided to area residents providing timing of the work, contacts, and a request to restrict water usage for the short time (8-10 hours) while sewer main is being lined.
