Public Records Requests
Columbus Public Health adheres to all Ohio Public Records Laws.
It is the policy of the City of Columbus that all non-exempt public records are to be promptly and reasonably made available, upon request, for inspection or copying to any person at all reasonable times during regular business hours.
Making a Request for Columbus Public Health Records
Your request can be verbal or written to obtain non exempt
public records from Columbus Public Health. If you would like to make a request
for Columbus Public Health records, please contact Kelli Newman at [email protected] or 614-645-7213.
(Public records requests for other city records outside of Columbus Public
Health must be made to the individual departments.)
