Even at slow speeds, head injuries can occur. A helmet is made especially to protect your head in a crash or accident and can save your life.

Sized for you!

Make sure the bike you ride is the right size for you.  If the bicycle is too small or too large it will be hard to handle and dangerous to ride. You should be able to straddle your bike with both feet flat on the ground.

Be Aware!

While riding, be aware of what is around you - traffic, people, animals, and signs.  It's your responsibility to be safe and know the rules.
