The Animal Program encourages inquiries as well as complaints for locations within the city of Columbus and Worthington.

Animal Bites
Report a bite or scratch by completing this form or calling 614-645-7288.
Animal bites can be dangerous.  Learn more.  Some animals can even transmit rabies through a bite.  If you or someone you know has been bitten, please report the incident.

Bed Bugs

Bed bugs bite people, but are not known to transmit any human diseases. They can, however, cause itching, skin rashes, and distress.  Learn more.

A dangerous animal is any animal that is a danger to the health, welfare and safety of the public and presents a risk of serious physical harm to persons, animals or property as measured by infectious disease status, viciousness, or poisonous status. 

Farm & Exotic Animals
