North Linden and South Linden Neighborhood Plans
Following a series of three public workshops, a public open house was held on the evening of Thursday, October 6, 2011 at the Clarence D. Lumpkin Point of Pride Building, 1410 Cleveland Ave., for planning process participants to share and discuss with the general public the North Linden and South Linden Neighborhood Plans Amendment (see first item under "Meetings" to the right). Following the open house, the combined document was divided into two, one addressing South Linden and one addressing North Linden.
The South Linden Neighborhood Plan Amendment was adopted by Columbus City Council (Ordinance 2313-2012) on November 12, 2012. Congratulations and thank you to all those who contributed their time and effort to the planning process.
