Customer-Owned Distributed Energy Resources DOP has determined that it will permit its electric customers (including residential, commercial, and industrial) to utilize DER subject to the owner/operator meeting all technical, safety, construction, interconnection requirements. EcoSmart Customer Choice

EcoSmart Customer Choice We are continuing to offer our customers an easy way to support renewable energy growth. For about three dollars per month, a residential customer can offset 100% monthly energy consumption.
